As tea is considered a food item by the USFDA, returns are not accepted (food safety risk).

Upon receiving your shipment, if you find the package is damaged or if you discover an error in your order, please contact our customer service department at contact@simpletea.com within 7 days of delivery. Please attach a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number and a description of the problem.
